Job Responsibilities
- In person and assist team strictly adhere to the fixed assets management control framework in place to an auditable achievement, recommend improvements to existing procedures and processes, assist to implement and document it
- Assist team’s timely and accurate processing of F&A transactions in SAP and all related tasks to achieve the agreed business goals
- Assist to ensure team to meet business control requirement, co-ordinate / assist to manage the audit activities’ fulfillment
- Assist team members and manager to solution complex issues and document the solution
- Co-ordinate a team’s work as a focal
- Fixed assets management measurement reporting & analysis
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
- Strongly self-motivated & have passion to business, willing to drive to achieve & embrace challenges, flexible to meet task deadline or urgent client requirement. Good soft skills including communication, negotiation, diplomacy. Excellent data processing and analysis skills. Ability to work independently under pressure and manage pressure properly. Potential leadership skills.
- Fluent written and oral English communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of accounting theory, transaction and data processing
- Ability to work in multicultural environment and matrix organization
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks with tight deadlines, work independently, proactively and propose solutions for known issues
- Strong analytical skill, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Client service orientation skills
- Attention to detail
