Responsibilities:
--Plan and direct human resources policies, performance management, organization and program to improve staff and organizational effectiveness.
--Plan and implement improvements to the planning systems or processes including operations in order & production management, purchasing & outsourcing performance, and wharehouse activities.
--Collaborate with other department to improve efficiency, speed, quality and cost-effectiveness in production, transition, and delivery.
--Develope risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios both internally and externally.
--Ensure effective customer comunication on quality, techenology, delivery issues.
--Develope and implement document controlling procedures.
--Maintain the office facilities to effectively support the operational work on a day to day basis.
--Other related duties as assigned.
Quanlifications and Requirements:
--Bachelor's degree in business management or machinery or related.
--5 years of relevant working expeirance with at least 3 years in the management positions managing in machinery manufacturing business.
--Strategic HR experience and/or planning experience.
--An effective communicator and dynamic motivator, must be good at influencing and managing different groups of people.
--Able to demonstrate good written and presentation skills.
--Able to demonstrate good skills in collabration and interpersonal comunication.
--Proficient in both written and spoken in English.
