8+ years of experience working in data center IT infrastructure industry.
5+ years of experience in large data center(500 racks+) with Project Management(100 racks deployed) in network, servers deployment and structure cabling, early construction phase involvement will be a big plus.
3+ years of experience managing a technical team.
Overall network on WAN/LAN/Wireless skillset is a necessary
In-depth knowledge of data center structure cabling such as GB******or TIA942 and installation protocols and know most of categories of copper and fibers.
Technical understanding of network & server hardware such as Arista, Palo Alto, Open Gear, HP, Nokia, Hyve, Cisco, Datadomain, NetApp etc.
Experience with Project Management tools and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Description
職責(zé)描述
Manage DC IT infrastructure project deployment and work with other project team member (internal and external) to allocate resources efficiently and complete IT project on time with quality, as well as risk management.
Be a communication channel, effectively communication with all project parties.
Be responsible for Vendor management and manage and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved for outsourced support and projects.
Be responsible for future operation on site IT service part, including IT device deployment and rack/stack build, site cabling, office network, as well as daily service support
Site service performance management to meet site service support requirement
Direct supervise and guide to multiple installation technicians or 3rd party service team on a daily basis including work assignments.
Provide hands-on assistance or training to team members and responsible for mentoring technicians.
Lead team to Install, test, label cable and fiber using standard data center protocols and using cable management systems.
Review power requirements and cabinet layouts to ensure that equipment is installed properly and ensure all data submitted recorded are accurate.
