1、配合銷售人員做售前產(chǎn)品技術(shù)講解、產(chǎn)品演示及技術(shù)要點(diǎn)答疑;
2、為當(dāng)?shù)乜蛻籼峁⿲I(yè)服務(wù),處理在產(chǎn)品使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的異常情況,排查問(wèn)題并解決;
3、收集并匯總客戶需求、售后技術(shù)反饋數(shù)據(jù)并及時(shí)反饋相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人,協(xié)助完善產(chǎn)品體系。
1. Assist sales personnel in pre-sales product technical presentations, demonstrations, and answering technical queries;
2. Provide professional services to local customers, handle abnormal situations in the product usage process, troubleshoot and solve problems;
3. Collect and summarize customer requirements, after-sales technical feedback data and promptly feedback to the responsible persons to help improve the product system.
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)硬件、軟件、通信等理工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先,小語(yǔ)種專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫能力佳;
3、工作主動(dòng)積極性強(qiáng),溝通能力強(qiáng),能適應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期海外出差;
4、在華留學(xué)生、海外留學(xué)生或交換生經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮;
5、掌握其中一門第二外語(yǔ)(德、意、法、西、日、俄、波蘭、土耳其、阿拉伯)優(yōu)先考慮。
1. Bachelor's degree or above, priority to Science & Engineering majors such as computer hardware, software, and communications, and language specialty majors;
2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;
3. Highly proactive and strong communication skills, able to adapt to long-term overseas business trips;
4. Overseas study or exchange experience is preferred;
5. Proficiency in a second foreign language (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Polish, Turkish, Arabic) is preferred.
